Reservation can be made through through this website or call direct to our office.
Tour Conditions
The content of this brochure are correct at the time of printing. All prices, services and itineraries described herein are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
All tours are operated on free seating basis (SIC) in air conditioned coaches or micro van, and are fully escorted by competent English speaking chauffeur guides. Foreign language such as German, Mandarin, French or Italian speaking guides can be arranged at additional cost. (Subject to availability).
Payment
Full payment by cash should be made upon reservation or confirmation of the tour.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the booking once it has been confirmed, a cancellation charge will be imposed according:-
- More than 24 hours - 50% of the tour fare
Less than 24 hours - No refund
Child Fare
Child between 3-11 years old will be charged as per stipulated tour price.
Transportation
All tours are conducted either in air-conditioned coach, micro van or car depending on the number of persons and based on free seating basis.
Pick-up services
Complimentary pick-up services will be provided from any major hotels in Kuala Lumpur and please wait at the lobby according to pick-up time given.
Responsibilities
We are not responsible for any articles lost while on tour. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or change any stops if circumstances arise beyond our control.
Itinerary
Tour itinerary is subject to change or may be cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances beyond the company's control.
